When will ATFBank be finally merged with Jusan Bank?
Jusan Bank and ATFBank will be merged into one bank approximately in the second half of 2021. We will make every effort to ensure that the technical integration is as smooth and comfortable for all of our clients as possible
What will the merged bank be called?
After completion of all integration processes, the merged bank will continue its activities under the name of Jusan Bank
will ATFBank and Jusan Bank become a single bank?
This is indeed the case. On March 16, 2021 the shareholders of the two banks came to decision to merge ATFBank with Jusan Bank.
Earlier, on November 2, 2020, a preliminary agreement was executed on purchase by Jusan bank of 99.77% of ATFBank's shares. The deal itself was completed on December 30, 2020 after obtaining approval from the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, thus ATFBank became part of the Jusan group.
Will ATF24, ATFOnline and ATFBusiness Internet banking continue to operate?
All ATFBank's remote banking systems including ATF24, ATFOnline and ATFBusiness Internet Banking will continue their work as usual. We will definitely keep all our clients informed about any changes that occur.
What changes will ATFBank and Jusan Bank branch networks involve?
After merger of ATFBank with Jusan Bank, the regional network of two banks comprising 180 branches throughout the country will be united. For the moment and for the period of all possible transformations, ATFBank branches throughout Kazakhstan will continue to work without any changes.
Do ATFBank's clients either individuals or legal entities need to re-execute banking service agreements for their outstanding loans, effective cards, deposit accounts or other bank products?
There is no such need. All existing agreements and account details opened earlier with ATFBank will remain in force. During 2021, all our clients will be automatically transferred to service at Jusan Bank.
Until the full transfer of ATFBank's clients to service in Jusan, all services and branches of our bank continue to work as usual. In case of any changes we will definitely inform our clients
What is the advantage of two banks merger?
As a result of ATFBank's merger with Jusan Bank, a new large financial institution will appear on the market. It will be one of the three largest banks in Kazakhstan by assets and capital with a market share of 10%.
The merger will increase the speed and convenience of service for the customers of both banks. In addition to banking products, ATFBank's clients will also have access to the services of the entire Jusan ecosystem. These include marketplace, insurance, investment management, mobile operator services, and much more
Is it possible for individual clients to connect to Jusan Internet banking with an ATFBank card?
Just for now there is no such possibility. But we are already working on this - the technical integration of the internal systems of our two banks is in the progress. We will definitely inform our clients about all changes.
What are conditions for ATFBank and Jusan Bank cardholders to use the ATM network of the two banks?
On March 18, 2021 the banks united their ATM networks, as a result the total number of ATMs throughout Kazakhstan now totals 1,150 devices, of which 182 have a cash-in function for accepting cash. Clients of Jusan Bank and ATFBank can use all ATMs in a single network on “home terms”, i.e. without additional fees within the limits set by the banks' tariffs for intrabank transactions.
What are the conditions for card to card transfers from ATFBank to Jusan Bank and vice versa?
Starting from March 13, 2021 card-to-card transfers between ATFBank and Jusan Bank for individual clients are equated to intrabank transactions. It means that the conditions of transfers from ATFBank cards to Jusan Bank cards and vice versa are made under “home terms” - without additional commissions and within the current tariffs of the banks.
Will the merger processes affect the customer service of ATFBank?
For the period of all processes of ATFBank merger with Jusan Bank, all our branches and services will remain fully accessible to the customers. During the year, the bank's clients will be automatically transferred to service at Jusan Bank
