KazNitrogenGaz and UniCredit Bank Austria Complete Transaction on Purchase of ATFBank
KazNitrogenGaz and UniCredit Bank Austria announced they completed transaction on purchase of 99,75 per cent share in Kazakh ATFBank. The total cost of the transaction equals to the net equity of the ATF Group. The National Bank of Kazakhstan approved the transaction on 29 March 2013.
